Kristen Joiner

Kristin is a lifetime resident of Ohio, growing up in the greater Cleveland area and making
Columbus her home as an adult. After college, Kristin went to work for a digital marketing
company, where she discovered her love and skill in processes, reporting, and database
management.

Kristin also loves to spend time with her husband and two children in the great outdoors. Even
when the kids were little, they spent countless hours outside, exploring nature. Kristin’s
administrative prowess also comes in handy at home while managing the care of a child with
special needs. This experience has shaped Kristin in many ways, including an increased
capacity for compassion and a desire to help people.

Working with Jameson has provided the perfect outlet for Kristin to implement her administrative
skills while still allowing for time in nature with her family. Kristin approaches her work every day
by asking how she can support the team and elevate client experience.
